No longer do i need to buy an XXL just to look thin, no longer do i need to buy new tents as i have a collection of XXL Torquay shirts from years gone by!

I found that my metabolism changed when I turned 30 - I didn't change a great deal and I suddenly started really piling on the pounds. Just starting a bit of an exercise regime and diet change now. Figure I need to lose at least 3 stone!AustrianAndyGull wrote:Basically Luke, don't drink and keep busy and generally you will be able to eat lots and still lose weight.
