Torquay United v Truro City, Boxing Day 3pm.

Looking at Truro a rejuvenated side of late, their recent away match at Dover was postponed, however looking at their recent away games with in a current form time frame, we can see they've won at WSM, suffered a very narrow defeat at Maidstone, then won at Chelmsford, also their overall current form has them equal to us with 4 wins and 1 defeat from their last 5 games , so they're coming with some confidence and probably little fear.
In their last game Truro ended H+W 3 game winning streak with a 1.0 home win
We all know from TUFC point of view, whilst the team have been on a very welcomed and enjoyable for all, wining run, the team hasn't been performing well, and some what got found out at Chelmsford last week, our absentee's aside, Chelmsford had five U21'S including three teenagers in their starting line up, and an average age amongst their starting 11 younger than our own, so while some may feel comfortable making excuses for that, I won't, nothing about last week was acceptable on any level.
So folks, the warning is right here again, isn't it, if we've not prepared right, if the performance level isn't correct today, Truro are more than capable of taking a point, even the win.
However or team over the last couple of months have been very strong and dominate at home, and often found a way to win when not playing well, so fancy a narrow win here for TUFC.
TUFC 2 V 1 Truro.
