Personally I'm not sure it was that close. Bath offered very little and had we not scored when we did, we'd have further increased the tempo to get the goal needed. As it was, they saw the game out well.

I thought Young was exceptional and Zanzala excellent too. Centre backs gave nothing all day either.

Kudos to Wotton for a key change he's made in this winning run: NOT using his bench. All those late goals we were giving up came after bringing on players who had no business being on the pitch when trying to protect a one-goal lead. It was like Wotton felt, well, I have five subs so I need to use them. No, you don't.

It really didn't seem that many.
Plenty of room on Popside. Family Stand and 'Away End' far from full.
Didn't seem like more than 4,000.

Just what I was thinking.
No point in making changes for the sake of it.

Ehhh? That's rubbish.......... 'players who had no business being on the pitch'???

He DID use his bench and changed the game when Cooke came on and joined Zanzala instead of replacing him.

Yes that was a good change.
It's games where we've made lots of changes that in retrospect one might consider they weren't wise.

I’m not saying our support isn’t incredible at this level, but why are attendances being significantly overstated? I know from someone who used to work at the club that they used to be underreported, but I don’t see the logic.

Worthing drop points unexpectedly, who knows?
