Also it takes up a load of room on here and is easy to find via either bbc, sky or tufc websites.

Also, due to licensing issues. Given the BBC have this:
FA Premier League, Football League, Scottish Premier League and Scottish Football League fixtures reproduced under licence from Football DataCo Limited. All rights reserved. Licence number NEWMEDIA/BBCINT/147806a
at the bottom of their lists, forgive me if I/we choose not to heed the advice of a lawyer/advocate/solicitor/whatever and instead choose to be sensible and heed the licencing issues.

I'm not going to say what is right or what is wrong as I just don't know, but in fairness to Ferrari he did outline the full reason for his view including the appropriate court references on page 1 of this thread, and I would guess that he has access to a fuller judgement than he summarised in his post.

It is up to the moderators to decide what they allow and if there is any doubt then I can understand why a small site such as this run for the benefit of Torquay United supporters would not wish to become embroiled in a test case.

Good set of fixtures but then again they always are. We have to play everybody else twice and any set of fixtures will always throw up some individual games or sequence of games that look either very appealing or not so appealing. Che sara sara! ;-)

Gargs talking about a "promotion party"-last game away to Pompey,on PASOTI-bless 'em.
Also whingeing about Christmas fixtures not being "equitable",as we are home twice and they have to travel to Wimbledon and Oxford.
Also got Greeks at home midweek.

They do know the Conference is the league below, don't they?

Fixtures looking good for me on the face of it, will have to check my rota tonight to make sure but I'm pretty sure I can make Portsmouth at home and Plymouth away. Also Pompey away is 6 days before my Mum's birthday and the folks live 20 miles away so I should be able to combine the two :)

Does anyone know if there's a way to download the list of fixtures to an iPhone calender?

Got to be happy with that set. It's a nice first day, a winable game and hopefully a good attendance from both sides. Then Morecambe away is perfect for me, it's about the only game I can make and back in a day.

The games with good away followings are all on Saturdays, except Plymouth who will sell out anyway. The closer away trips are on Saturdays too. We should end the season with a pretty good average attendance and away followings.

For me personally, I will be at Morecambe on 10th August, Exeter and Bristol Rovers over Christmas, and will come home for 10 days to get to Burton, Portsmouth and Bury. 6 games would be the most I've managed so far since moving 600 miles North.

It seems that his 'legal opinion' is out of date. You'd have thought that a solicitor would know ALL the rulings.

No wonder the Open University doesn't trouble the top 30 in any of the league tables...
