One that you missed is the misuse of 'less'. Less should only be used when what you're describing doesn't have a fixed number. e.g. there was less water.
If what you're describing has units that can be counted, you use 'fewer. e.g. there are fewer people.

Scott Rendell and Shaun Cooper are the two trialists on show tonight.

Don't think I'd want Rendell back to be honest. Cooper is a right back if I remember rightly?

Not fussed by Rendell unless he is the back up striker, although he and Benyon did work well together.

Shaun Cooper however, is an interesting one. He can play as a right back and has played as a midfielder recently. Considering he's spent most of his career playing at League One level, he would surely be brought in as a first team player.

Completely understood all that Super and Gullscorer as though I were talkin' t'neighbour.

One minor point though (highlighted) , there is no way in the world a yorkie would say ' we done this ' or ' we done that' , not as far as i'm aware anyway and I was born and lived in the county for 25 years. Cockneys may say 'we done that' but not yorkies. =D

I'd rather take Rendell than have NO big man up front. This type of player is a must and I thought Rendell did ok for us anyway. Let's see what happens tonight.
