Bodin on for the impressive Lathrope. Not sure what Bodin is expected to do in the few remaining minutes.

Hit the bar, bravely cleared by an Oxford defender now receiving treatment. Corner to come, and 4 added minutes.

In the end, that's really quite a disappointing result against an Oxford side that seemingly created very little. Hargreaves' system and formation worked at AFC Wimbledon because we got the first goal, but when we fall behind I think he needs to be a little quicker to introduce creativity in the form of Chapell, Bodin and any signings he can make. We move on and there are still plenty of points up for grabs, but the uphill struggle to survive just got steeper....

Frustration but basically we have lost again. Oxford were no great shakes either. A win is quickly followed by a defeat which has been the pattern all season.
Burton is now a must win game on Tuesday night if we are to have any chance of staying up.

Big month ahead for us now. After Burton our fixtures include

Portsmouth (a)
Bury (h)
Chesterfield (a)
Accrington (h)

Three games against teams in the bottom end of the table. Drop points against them and I fear we may have missed an opportunity.

Horrifically poor game of football. The only real chance of the game went in. Oxford had 90% possession and had one shot all day. We had an opportunity to equalise, but Benyon wanted 35 minutes when only half an hour was available.

Both sides were embarrassingly short on ideas. The wind didn't help, but it was two crap sides, one of which made a better fist of at least looking pretty.

Matt.

Reality Check for the Yellow Army.

Burton on Tuesday are in good form and Portsmouth next week is another bottom of the table clash. Lose both games and we're in even bigger trouble.
