Torquay fans will be congregating in the Salford Quays district. I was there a couple of weeks ago, it's very modern and while it may not be to everyone's taste, it's certainly not a dump!

At no point did I say otherwise. Luckily I actually like about 5 mins from the area so know it very well, the Salford quays area is nice, but the general area is still a dump.
