Are we to assume this includes any relevant promotion or relegation suffered by either club in the relevant year (so if it's 2 clear divisions and BR are promoted TO L1 while TUFC remain firm in the Prem, does that count as "within 2 clear divisions", or is it the division in which the relevant season is played which counts)?
