Perhaps I was over critical of our inability to kill teams off. It's an unbelievable achievement by the manager and team to be top in January with 50 points.
It would be even more miraculous if we won the league, I still think Maidstone or Boreham Wood will win it but now we are in this position we must surely go for it and strengthen the team further for the run in

It is for those teams to win more games than us, for all our games this season when on balance we should have got nothing or at best a draw we have eked out the win, as for strengthing the squad , that is more about long term planning, do we get players who can do a job in this league who are plentiful and we can probably afford or spend on a player or two who can comfortably handle the next league up but most likely we cannot afford.
