I'm not sure what went on between Knill and Nicholson but the amount of power he and Mansell have had at the club over the last few years is obscene and is a factor on the list of reasons why we will soon be relegated.

What can Bodin actually do???? other than step overs.

I have lost count of the number of times this afternoon I heard "poor pass from Bodin", "Bodin's ball did not beat the first man", "poor decision making by Bodin", "can Bodin win/hold this ball"

WHY does CH persist - send him to conference now for some experience of what life will be like next season, because I cannot see any other side snapping him up in the close season, so we will still have to put up with the show pony for another season.

Billy has 2 chances in extra time...the rest is history
Does our budget stretch to a trick cyclist/hypnotist for the strikers?
Paint the posts bright orange - anything
How did Shakattack play for his 15mins? HE could be the Messiah....

Is there any one else who would rather we were being mullered by 5 or 6 each week rather than these pesky 0-1 all the time
It's doing my nut in!
Perhaps if we had gone 4-6-0 a month ago we would have got a couple of draws....
Amazingly we are still in with a chance - hard to imagine can be so many struggling.
If we do escape - we should worry for another season of the same

Where are the believers this afternoon?
I know you are upset, as are the rest of us, but I think this comment should be removed. :@

Knill got it but Hargreaves is his mate......so he's in the team.
Its maybe something to do with the other LBs being injured? (assuming Cruise is still not fit and including the one we've just signed on loan so thats 3 broken ones?)

Very disappointing that neither CH or Hodges have the decency or the bo**ocks to face the media and comment on another appalling performance .

CH YOU wanted the bloody job....be a man and face up to your shortcomings ....or was there no excuse for the way the team was set up/motivated for this game.

you all seem shocked that we yet again lost to our customary late goal?

Not in the least bit shocked, but very angry and disappointed that our Manager (who at one time couldn't get enough air time) cannot explain why we have YET AGAIN lost by one goal to a "defensive error".

So if we have no fit LB's why not try something different and play 3 across the back? Downes, Pearce and O'Connor?

A manager has to be able to adapt tactically and they should have 2-3 different formations they can employ if the occasion fits. What have we got to lose? We're doomed anyway, why not try a different formation?

Very disappointing but not unexpected.
Can't fault effort but just didn't look like scoring.
I admit we are definately down now.

As soon as I heard what the team was it was going to be a 1-0. Why go back to Hawley it's been done and tried. We needed a freshness up front. :keepie:

Hargreaves refusing to do interviews or let the players do any from what I could gather from the radio. Wonder if he has them locked in the dressing room :-/
