I live in London and can only get tickets by phoning up but it is permanent engaged. Is there another way? My train is booked but don't know if they'll let us pay on the day if I can't get through.

Why is following Torquay never simple?

I'm sure someone on here will help you out by collecting them if you can get the money to them somehow.
