It's Joey Barton (left) & his mate (right). Think you've interpreted it wrong, it's actually a picture of them looking at the players...I gather Mansell has simply "re-tweeted" to start up some banter between with the Torquay lot to suggest who the league 2 players in question are!

Sorry for boring you but I guess wherever Barton is on his hols there's league 2 players there showing off, I reckon it's a few Crawley nobbers!
