Torquay United v Chippenham Town - VNLS - 3rd September 2024
Ran out of luck a bit on Saturday, with previous results somewhat flattering to deceive.
Hoping we can get the team popping soon, but for now, I'll go with another 1-1 draw for this one.

TUFC 1-0 Chippenham
When you look at the goal difference for us vs others at the top we could do with an injection of pace via a loan or two I think. Plus a plan B to change shape.
Can't grumble overall though. COYY

Unless we do something totally radical I do not see us keeping a clean sheet, but I will go 2-1 us.

Agree with the need for some more pace, I see saiko Janneh is looking for a club. now that would be a statement if we could get him back even on a short term prove yourself contract.Midlandgull wrote: 02 Sep 2024, 08:46 TUFC 1-0 Chippenham

Now we're six games in there is a current form picture emerging we can use for a reference point. So far our visitors like us are unbeaten in their last four games, although Torquay have one more win, Chippenham have won away at Weymouth and Drawn at Chelmsford, losing at Dorking.
Chippenham's goal difference stands at 7-6 +1 whilst ours stands at 9-6 +3 , even though Torquay sit 5 points ahead in the current league table each teams records are fairly even.
I fancy a very narrow win, and hoping that Chippenham may come after us a bit than Aveley.

1-1. Continuation of our struggles to keep a clean sheet and lacking creativity.
