Dale Jennings!!!!!! Madness!!!
Just heard on the radio that BAYERN MUNICH are close to signing DALE JENNINGS, the young lad from Tranmere Rovers.I couldn't believe it and wondered what people thought of it. I've seen him a few times and he has scored a few individual pearlers but Bayern munich?!! Have the Prem clubs missed a trick here i wonder? I for one hope its true because the Germans know how to develop a player and instill a winning mentality. The English on the other hand know how to stifle young talent, turn them into negative robots and still like to throw money at them.
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

Seems a weird one but he's been linked to them for ages now.
There was talk of Zaragoza being interested in Jimmy Ryan at some point....now that would be strange. From playing the likes of Guy Branston on Accrington's cabbage patch pitch & then lining up against Messi & Co at the Bernabeu.......

Think it shows you that we have the talent being produced - it's the coaching that then stifles that talent. Can you imagine how good Joe Cole would have been if he'd gone to Spain or Germany at 20-21? Instead he went to Chelsea where he was pilloried for 'not tracking back' and had all of the joy and excitement in his game removed.
Personally, I think it's great, both that Bayern want to take him, and that the lad is prepared to give it a go in a foreign country rather than sign for Liverpool, play a few reserve games, then go out on loan to Leeds or something like that. More young players should do the same.

Absolutely 100% agree happytorq. Our players are so insular that i believe it affects their development.
