Leon Clarke, the player at the centre of what the lesser papers will inevitably call 'Swindongate' has been effectively sacked by STFC.

Question is, do we want him.

Matt.

Yes, yes, I know we don't NEED him, but do we WANT him?

Intresting one that matt. Watching Di Canios interview the other day, he said he is the most laziest person hes ever seen train, but has the ability to be a good player at our level.

If Ling and co could handle his attitude then i would like him with us as i reckon hed be a decent option up top. But i cant see it happening and if im honest i dont see many teams wanting him due to his attitude.

His scoring record in the lower leagues has not been so bad, worth a put maybe. I guess after saturday (tomorrow) people will make there mind up about a 4th striker as we do seem a little light. Injurys will happen in the season and i feel we do need 1 more player up there.

Many, many (too many to be a co-incidence), even at L2 level, think he is a lazy, waster.

We don't want, or need, him here.
