I have spotted this also and it appears it was a "Bad Migraine" and not a stroke as first thought.Thank God! Hopefully he is now completely recovered.

Just to let you all know. Alex Russel washed apparently rushed to hospital just before Bath City's match with York last Night. I haven't managed to get an update on how he is but it appears he collapsed on the coach on the way at Wakefield as the team was on the way to York. which thy lost 1-0.
I know you will all wish him all the best and that it's not serious. He was a legend for us and hopefully one day he will return to manage us. I will be trying to post get well wishes on their board asap

Have just spoken to the club secratary who says he is still in hospital in Wakefield and they are doing some tests. It was serious enough that the coach was stopped on route and an ambulance called. the club Chairman travelled in the Ambulance to hospital with him and stayed for some time. He is reportedly well this morning but will stay in untill they are happy nothing is serious enough to keep him in

He's listed as playing for Bristol City Legends against Forest Green all Stars this coming Sunday in a charity match so hopefully that means a full recovery has been made......Jake Thomson just gone to FGR on loan too!!
