So, what's all this then, for the uninitiated? Winding Up is the State dissolving a company for non-payment of taxes? How do we find how much they owe? I saw Heaney's motor at the Truro match, its a £125,000 Mercedes AMG, I'm sure that'll cover it.

Winding Up
What is Winding Up?
The process of winding up is the compulsory liquidation of a limited company.
In contrast to voluntary liquidation where the directors agree that the company should be closed, winding up is used if one or more creditors want to force the closure of a business against the wishes of the directors.
Any creditor who is owed more than £750 and has not received payment after carrying out reasonable collection activities can apply to the Court to wind up a company.
If the application is successful the company will be forced to stop trading and will be closed. The company's assets will be sold and all employees will be made redundant.
For this reason if a company is threatened with winding up, this could have very serious implications for the business.

Another club in the South West under pressure financially after receiving a winding up order - obviously their Chairman is one of the group trying to take over Plymouth!
Aren't I glad we have our Chairman - keep us on a financial even keel please - I want my Torquay for years to come, even if it is in Division II !

Heaney seems like such a shady character.
He still claims he was ready for argyle, and his quotes in the WMN today regarding this winding up order seems to be a scathing attack on the winding up order and he seems quite offended they think they lack the money to pay the bills.
I hope he does have the money and it is just a 'misunderstanding', as he says....
