Don't know if you heard about it but last night man city played bayern Munich and tevez was on the bench- in the 70th minute Mancini asked tevez to come on but he refused!
...what would you do with tevez, who is one of their star players, if you were Mancini? :whip:
Think January had a lot to do with Tevez not wanting to come on, if he had, he would have been cup tied as far as the champion's league goes therefore a move in the transfer window would have been less likey, i think he wants out, the look on his face Saturday said it all.
What would you do with tevez, who is one of their star players, if you were Mancini? Excatly what Mancini said he is going to do, not play Tevez again, these guys are £50-100 grand a week, not in the right frame of mind to play, whats that all about, some of them need a big rocket shoved up where the sun dont shine.
Bleeding player power. He signed a contract for Man City so he should suck it up and play. Mind you contracts in football these days appear to be completely pointless.

Dave..i think Tevs on £200000 a week which makes it even more disgusting...
If they have any balls he will be in the reserves till January. They are rich enough not to worry about having someone who cost that much kicking their heels with the kids. If he refuses to do that they can then cancel his contract and probably sue him for a significant chunk of the transfer fee he cost them (see Mutu v Chelsea for the exact legal grounds)
So, Tevez doesn't want to play for Man City, so Man City has punished him by preventing him from playing for them. OK, then..................should've loaned him out to Bath City for a laugh, instead.
I know they say that footballers aren't particularly intelligent but does he not realise that refusing to play is basically the same as strapping a massive neon sign to your forehead with the words "DON'T SIGN ME, I'M NOT WORTH THE HASSLE" written on it. Same with Balotelli, who is also gradually ruling himself out of clubs to sign for.
Can't help but feel this is down to Mancini though, he doesn't seem to have the ability to control a loudmouth player. He does not have absolute control of the players and they don't seem to respect him. Fergie is the best example of keeping a player doing his job, Ronaldo wanted to leave for the last couple years of his Man Utd career and he produced his best football in that time.
If only this were the case, Camb. Sadly, there will always be a club willing to sign these players. Within minutes of being suspended, Tevez had West Ham climbing all over themselves to sign him.
These players are of such commercial value these days (Tevez would virtually guarantee West Ham an immediate return to the Premier League, worth, say £100,000,000), so clubs are more than happy to sell their souls to these **** because money talks.
I really don't understand why either. There are a tonne of players out there with similar levels of skill, costing a similar level of dollar who haven't made a d*ck of themselves. Shows how stupid a sport we follow I suppose. Any other place in life and he'd be excluded by everyone.
