I received a private message from a member a day or two ago, but can find no way to reply. This facility appears to be blocked to me becasue I haven't contributed enough!
Any ideas?

Hmm, don't if that's to do with the number of posts you've made or not. I've just had a look and your in the "newly registered users" group, which may make a difference, but I never thought it would. Not really much help here, sorry..

Yes, you are unable to send PM's until you have posted a certain number of times - this is to prevent spam.
Having checked your permissions I can confirm that you are currently in this bracket. I've changed your permissions - try again, you should be able to send PMs now.
