Who, if anyone, would buy TUFC?

Ok, on the day the PAFC deal goes through which sees them saved from extinction (for now), I pose the following to the Board...
If TUFC were bottom of the Football League, hadn't paid their players or staff for a year, had sold all their viable playing assets, etc etc, who, if anyone, would step into the breech and buy the club? Not necessarily looking for names, just an indication that there might well be someone, somewhere, who would do for us as James Brent has done for PAFC.
For a kick off, I might suggest that nice Mr Richardson of the Grand Hotel, I reckon, in a clutch, he'd do the right thing.
Matt.
