....in case you haven't yet done so (and live in the UK/UK time zone (for the pedants amongst us)), that you will have to change your user settings in order to view the correct time on the forum.

In order to do that, go to the user control panel (top left of the page, next to your PM message link), then board preference tab, then press "No" in the Summer/BST in effect.

Voila.

EDIT... instead of changing timezone just tick no to:
Summer Time/DST is in effect: Yes/NO
