Very short month with just three games (Crewe, Plymouth & Port Vale). Rene Howe wins after turning in a man of the match performance and scoring points in the other two games too. O'Kane and Olejnik finish just behind due to missing a game apiece (O'Kane suspended vs Port Vale and Plymouth not getting into our half). Lee Mansell finished 6th, the first month so far he hasn't won.

I think the fact that Rene scored a cracker v Crewe and a superb solo goal v Chesterfield made it easier for people to vote for him. I feel that Lathrope should be top as he has been faultless and stand out despite keeping his game fairly rudimentary.

Lathrope didn't score anything in the away game at Crewe, that was what held him back, along with O'Kane and Bobby. Howe got a MOTM and did quite well in both the other games too.
