Hello Torquay fans,


I am a producer at Sports Tonight Live TV channel. This afternoon we are recording a football league show, called "The Basement" and we have Barnet's assistant manager, Giuliano Grazioli on as a guest. Given that Torquay are playing Barnet tomorrow - we would love to have some Torquay fans Skyping into the studio to preview the big game with Giuliano.

'The Basement' ?- cheeky b******s! Forgive me Dave but what is Skyping? I am a real technophobe so apologies as i don't know what it means but if it means sending messages or opinions via the net then i may be interested. If not then don't bother replying to this ignorant, archaic dinosaur (i'm only just 35!).

Skype is a program like msn, just google it and download it if you want to take part mate.

Ok dave but what is it that they want us to do? I don't mind sending opinions and stuff but i don't do talking to folk live or stuff like that. I'm a Yorkshireman, we don't talk to anybody! I'' download it and see what its about. Cheers mate.

I get the joke mate but its lost on me as my Austrian side comes out when i drink alchohol and i tend to drink their lager such Gosser, Ottakringer, Schwecater or Stiegl if i can get hold of it or wine which is easier to get hold of. Sometimes if i can't get hold of it i'll have something German failing that a good cup of Yorkshire tea! :na:
Cheers for the info regarding Skype i've had a look and i can't really be arsed messing about with all that 'net' stuff but thanks anyway for your help. And cheers Nickgull for letting me know its done via videolink. Theres NO way i'm doing it now!!!! If i get on a TV screen they'll call the police!
