Gary Ablett
Sad news on the death of former Liverpool / Everton defender and Stockport County manager Gary Ablett after he lost his battle with cancer. I remember watching him as a player in the 90's, very accomplished yet very underrated. He was boss at Stockport when we beat them 4-0 in the cup at Macclesfield a few years ago and had a tough time there but he was well respected within the game. RIP Gary Ablett.
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.
