Whats going on with Crawley?

Post by tufcbrett »

Now this is getting a little odd to me, does anyone know if Crawley have any money issues. We all know Crawley have money but they sell Tubbs and just let Barrnett go out on loan to peterborough untill the end of the season with a view to buy him for £1 Million. Why would they sell there two main goal scorers.

Yes i know its a lot of money they will get them on for, but with only a few months left of the season and their pushing for the top 3, just seems a little odd for a club with money to let their main asets go now. Maybe its all apart of their master plan to bring in loads of players with that money.

Anyone know what i mean, surley after letting Tubbs go they would have kept their only other main goalscorer stay untill the end of the season.

It's to do with their turnover v players wages battle. They can afford to turn down bids for all their players but league rules are causing them issues so they have to lower their budget in accordance with their turnover.

This will be the very same Tyrone Barnett as Dean Edwards recommended to Buckle from his Hednesford days. I'm still expecting the other player Edwards suggested - Macclesfield's Ross Draper - to be the subject of a big-money move.

On the subject of Crawley, some of their fans are moaning about getting mugged off by the referee in their FA Cup game vs Stoke.. oh the irony..

i dont know, but after last nights defeat they must be getting bit twitched!! how great would it be if they bombed from now on??

then again may be better to have them and swindon out of the way for a fresh assault on the summit next season, assuming we dont actually follow them up this time around?

time to get back on the bbc predictor i think??

What really grips my sh1t is the scumbags/moneybags that are Crawley Town are on Sky twice in 2 weeks (last night and again next Monday v Southend). How is that fair? Guess money goes to money AGAIN!

Lets not forget they were on earlier in the season, v Northampton I think. As long as we beat them on saturday, don't care how, we could have one shot all game and win it 1-0, as long as we beat that awful excuse for a football club.

The fat Scottish one reckons that Crawley's defeat last night was a "shame for football". And there was I thinking that his behaviour with Boston was the real shame for football.

I'd say he's actually a perfect example of Darwin's theory, here we have living proof that Cockroaches can evolve into what some might call Human beings!

If you could be so kind as to explain to us exactly how this unholy creation is anywhere near to being described as a Human Being I for one would be greatful, confused but greatful! As for the idiot that parades around him then there`s another example of how Darwin got it horribly wrong!
