Looking to book the train for Hereford, anyone know if this will be an all ticket affair?

Don't think any decision would have been taken yet, it probably would depend on our's and Hereford's next few results, should both team's need something out of the match for the obvious different reasons then I would imagine it will be.

I am pretty sure you will be able to buy a ticket from plainmoor regardless, I am waiting on next 3 results before deciding whether to try and go to this game( need to give fair bit of notice for time off :'( ), if I do, I will buy a ticket before I travel, if it's not all ticket.

Would have thought so.

Should we take 6 points from Barnet & Accrington I think we'll take near on 1000 to Oxford.

We should be looking at:

800+ Oxford
Whatever Wimbledon give us
Whatever Hereford give us

Totally agree Nick.

How much was it that we took to Southend when we got promoted?

I always thought 3k it was but others say it was around 2,500..

Still remember it like it was yesterday, amazing day.

Just a bit gutted Hereford is possibly the worst ground in the league so can't accomodate as many Gulls fans. :(

Not actually a bad price, that. It cost me and my Dad £150 quid return from Burton the other day..

Have you got a 16-25 railcard? If not, get one. Cuts 1/3 off the price.

I kept saying the GoT day but it didn't seem to have any interest so I let it go..

Train prices are shocking and they differ in price so badly. Depending on the time ect you buy them. I didhave railcard but they run out after a year. Just that alone cost me £25 I think and I only used it once.

Yeh they run out yearly, but I've more than saved what I paid for it. Saved £30 on Burton, saving another £15 for Wimbledon and £10 for Hereford..

With the way petrols rising we'll probably use trains more often now.. :)

I don't really understand how the train prices differ so much, the occasional really good offer comes along but it's normally quite expensive.

Any idea how much the away end holds at Hereford/how many we're likely to get allocated? Footballgroundguide.com normally lets you know, but on this occasion just says away fans are located in half the big stand running along one side - and that an additional 650 seats in the open end can be allocated if necessary. But whats the capacity of the away section on the side?!

Would have thought around 1400, possibly. I guess it depends on if they're safe or not, as if they have anything riding on it, they'll sell out too.

Is it a coincidence that we go to a team facing the drop on the final day, much like Ling had too when Orient won to relegate Oxford and promote themselves?!

Similar result please (though I have nothing against Hereford!)

Yea I agree that it saves you money if you use it more than once. I think it saved me about £ 15 when I used it. Am sure its cheaper if you do some research and split the journey i.e from Torquay to Exeter then go from there but its having the time to research it. Trains are much better than traveling by coach but with it being more than half the price, coach it is!

Other year we took 600 there along the side so i imagine 700along side
+ the extra 650 behind goal so 1350 i would of thought, that's at a push though
