Decided to go on the halfway ling so I could judge how luod the fan's in the away end were, before the game fantastic loud and clear, during the game however it changed.

The difference was the Stanley lads kept singing, you lads went quiet in spell's, you have got to keep it going and the atmosphere will build around you, still a  for the effort.

Away end wasnt that loud from the TUFC side to be honest. Had its moments But even in the middle of the Pop we had our moments of singing so not too much differance...Vale atmosphere was better.

Fair enough :)
yea at start of game was loud and i agree we were a bit stop start but i thought it was loud when we got going, Stanley were good but think would of helped atmosphere a lot if the stewards let both sets of fans a drum, once again showing what c***s they are :)

Some prat that had one pint to many, he was asked to stop swearing at away fans 3 or 4 times but carried on then a steward challenged him and he threw a punch so deserved it.

for the record he was a torquay fan :(

listening on Gulls Player I can't say the TUFC fans sounded very loud at all- apart from at the very beginning of the match. Good effort though to all!!
And the 3 points that were needed :) (although definitely should have been more goals!!)
Excited to get back to Plainmoor for the Southend and Crewe games and make some noise with the YELLOWARMY!

Missed the drum sorely, why wasn't it allowed?

Could 100% hear the Stanley fans more than our lot. Much better when the singers are in the middle, like at the Vale game.

Well I think that the solution isn't to move into the away end afterall...

I think you're right Nickgull. The middle isn't necessarily the best place for acoustics, but it is the best place to get maximum participation. When the middle sings, the family stand join in.
