Hi Beefy,
The Bar at the ground is called Boots and laces and shows all football that is on during the day and evening so you won't miss the Fa Cup games if you go there. Safe journey down and back again to you and your mates.

And there's no issues with away fans going in there?
There might be issues as we expect to sell out, if there is issues just pop down to the Union Inn Plainmoor 2 minutes walk away, friendly pub and good punters, best place for bitter and real ales!

I doubt we'll sell out so I can't for see any problems but like Aussie say's the Union Inn is Friendly and probably shorter than a 2 minute walk. However it is run by a Brizzle Rovers fan so I hope that doesn't put you off  But Boots and Laces should be fine!

Gaz nearly all the Family Stand is sold out and tickets are selling faster than the Accy game on Friday so I think it might be a bumper crowd which would see only TUFC fans allowed into Boots. Also Geoff might be a Gashead but he`s got the cleanest lines and best ales in the area by a long way! Also have you got your tickets yet? P.M me if you haven`t!

As for during the day, we have a zoo, and Living Coasts, but I wouldn't bother with the latter. Aside from that, mini golf on Paignton Green (into P'ton, then keep walking south, if you fall into the sea, you've gone 100 yards too far), nice drive to the moors to see some ponies, day at the beach building sand castles, Dartmouth steam railway, Totnes rare breeds farm, Crealey great adventure park (perhaps not). Take your pick.

Matt.

I like a drink in the Union Inn if there isn't a live game on so i know they'll be fine in there. Booked my tickets this morning buddy, spent 3 hours picking up the phone and then hanging up with disappointment as the sound of the engage ringing tone never ended  all fine now though, definitely have a pint or 2 before the game in Boots though!

Haha well i hope Millwall forget to bring a few  The main bar that isn't full of chavs on a weekend would probably be "Appleby's" on the seafront, there is a foot bridge which comes out on to a side road, if you walk up there the pub is on your left. Its very welcoming and has plenty of Tv screens and an outdoor seating area which is nice as it overlooks the see and the green area by the beech. They do good deals on lager like 8 bottles for a fiver but not too sure on pricing now as i havent been there since November. In town there are quite a few bars near the harbour and there are 2 Wetherspoons within a 5 min walk of eachother. One is called "The Greene Ginger" for some reason and that has Pizza Hut practically next door on Fleet Walk.
