Torbay Council/Portas Pilot

Are they full of morons? Recently, Mary Portas released a review of town centres and has started up a scheme called Portas Pilot where towns can bid to win a share of money to help redevelop the town centre.

My town has gone for it along with hundreds of others countrywide, so I thought, surely Torbay Council must've gone for a scheme which can get them free money, right?

Err... No.

Major fail, they probably didn't want to spend £500 on a camera.

Check out YouTube to see them all. St Neots is the one from my town and is about 3 times longer than everyone else's, but the one to watch is Altringham, which is just hilariously rubbish!
