To have a profile written about you and at its end it says "Ken Dodd has nothing on him" then I feel I must defend our Ken. Why is it not Sir Ken ? Or Lord Dodd ?

Dodd only knows. As it happens, quite a few of us know : Ken didn't pay his taxes and was up in court.
