2 years ago i was holiday in Amsterdam ( for cultural reasons obviously ) and i was about 4 euro's short of buying a t-shirt that said, 'NO I'M NOT ON F**KING FACEBOOK!' as i had always held the belief that the social media monster was a complete waste of time and only for people with no friends who wanted loads or for people who were just a bit backwards. Anyway, i have finally got to admit that it could turn out to be a valuable social resource and yesterday i thought to myself,' YES! I WILL DO IT, I WILL GET ON THERE AND MINGLE ONLINE ( as it were )'. This acceptance of modern technology and communication has shocked me to the core so much so that i may have to book myself in to the local for a good old session this evenin. I'm not fully up to speed how to navigate Facebook and stuff like that but i've 'liked' this website. (I like it anyway - don't see why i should be clicking on an icon just to let people know though! ).
Anyway my name is Andy Stefansson. Brace yourselves for what i'm about to say next as:
A: It sounds gay
B: I sound desperate
C: I sound gay by saying it!
but if any of you guys on here who are normalish want to look me up on Facebook then that would be great. I have met a few of you before at away games.
Cheers all.
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

There are 3 little icons next to facebook in the top left hand corner. Between that and the search box. From left to right they are Friend Requests, Messages and Notifications.
Friend Requests will go red when someone adds you. Messages will go red when someone sends you a private message or talks to you on chat. Notifications will go red for a number of things and will be your most used button. It'll show everything from people who've posted on your wall, comments on any statuses that you've commented on and pictures you've been tagged in. It'll also show the absolute tripe that you get sent by your so-called friends who want you to do various things like help them on a game, join some sort of pointless cause and invite you to events that are happening in a town 300 miles from you. Have fun!
