Transfer Deadline Day

Post by AustrianAndyGull »

Good to see Paul Scharner back in the PL having just rejoined Wigan. Really good player ( for an Austrian :~D ), a regular scorer and love the haircuts! Wilkommen zuruck Paul!

Looking forward to our game against Wales on wednesday night.
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

Love deadline day! Also might have a flutter with Scharner in my fantasy football team if they rate him as a defender!
Maybe one day, Carayol will find London...

Beckham donating his entire PSG salary to charity. That is fantastic. I know some will say he doesn't need it, you're right, but it isn't often you see pros do something like that. How can anyone not like the guy?

100% agree Nick. Always give his all regardless, willing to test himself in other countries and leagues ( a massive failing of our modern English footballers ), an ambassador for the game and always willing to get involved in charity work.

The negatives are that his kids have ridiculous chavvy names and if the allegations that he 'played away from home' with other women are true then my opinion would change and he would be a complete embarrassment. I used to think Ryan Giggs was inspirational, now he is just another knob who can't keep his bits in his boxers.

For now though, Becks is one of the few English footballers i admire despite being totally averse to his lifestyle and long may it continue.

Oxford United just signed Luke McCormick. Oxford fans on twitter have gone into a bloody meltdown. Not happy at all.

He chose her though so there's no excuse. If he wants to sleep with another woman then he has to go and tell Posh and the reasons why and man up. Like all blokes who play away ( if he has ) he is a total coward and frightened of being honest. Is it really worth all that just to be even MORE frightened of being found out once they've done it? It's selfish and it does my head in. If they want to sleep with other women then why get married and have kids?

Can't blame them. If we had signed him then Torquay wouldn't get any of my money or support either. I know there are people who say he's served his time so let him be but what he did is sickening and can't be forgiven. The more difficult that we can make life for him the better as far as i'm concerned.

West Ham co-owner claims he was threatened with violence by a football agent during the window. Don't use them and then football will again become a good place. Where there is money there is evil.

It's only because todays modern players haven't got a brain cell to rub between them that they can't make their own decisions and they need agents to tell them when they need to have a sh*t.

Oh and Balotelli takes a 'parting shot of life in England' complaining about the press, the weather, the food and the way we drive. Good riddance you total freak.
