from what i can read. He took money knowing he was in deep trouble. i suspect he knew he was insolvent so he has committed a criminal act in trading while insolvent. taking money under false pretenses and probably other offences as well. it's not like a company going bust. this is far more serious. and i would bet if they investigate it will be certain there never has been a charter booking to any airline especialy when you consider he told them ge gad arranged a flight to a closed airport. dumb and dumber comes to mind.
