I'm not in possession of the full facts here but did John Terry get changed into FULL KIT to celebrate with the rest of the team last night?
If he did the bloke is an absolute clitoris (as if he needed an excuse anyway).
I can accept if he wore the shirt under his training gear and took his top off but he would still have bottoms on. If he had the full kit on then what a tail the man really is.
I know he has a right to celebrate with his team mates and be part of the success as i believe he too played a part in the Europa League, it's just the deliberateness (is that a word?) of the action, it screams selfish look at me oh i don't want to show photos to my kids when they are older of me holding the trophy but in a tracksuit etc etc etc. He is just so egocentric it's untrue. What an ABSOLUTE PLUM!

Yes he did get changed into a full kit. Probably so he can lie to his grandchildren and say he was there, which he can't do with the Champions League Final last year.

Rules dictate that any player on the pitch must be in full kit for the presentation. Demba Ba did the same. This came from a guy at work, so I dont know for definite it is correct, but I had the same opinion until I was told this.

I don't think that's true Kernow because they wouldn't have made a thing about it on the news this morning. I've seen many presentations where the subs are still in training tops.
EDIT: That said, a quick google image search of champions league champions does show all players in full kit, just coaches in training gear. Perhaps he is right.

My issue was the way he jointly lifted up the trophy with Lampard, when it was presented;rather that letting Lampard raise it aloft on his own as captain on the night.

Who says Frank Lampard didn't actually invite John Terry to lift the trophy jointly, if memory serves me right they did the same thing with the Champions League trophy aswell.
Personaly have no problem with this, it appeared to me that Chelsea's entire squad got a medal, looked to me that Chelsea had 4 goalkeepers go up and get a medal all wearing full kits, including a very young looking lad who probably will never play for them at first team level.
BUT i don't like John Terry because he's an arse?Just for you Andy...

If that is an actual UEFA rule, it's a bloody stupid one. Although this *is* UEFA so it shouldn't really surprise anybody. (i took a quick gander at the Europa League rules
here- all 110 pages - and couldn't find it, though)
With all of that said...John Terry is still an asshat.

Hmm, well I couldnt find it myself, but I questioned Tom today and he said it was all over twitter. So Id say my source is unreliable, but it does seem to fit with pictures Ive seen of other players at UEFA events

You could say the same about Blackman; the young goalkeeper, who never even made the bench but still wore the kit on Wednesday?
