Need help from a mechanic / broker
Looked all over net and called all the local brokers but no joy. Need to get my hands on this part for my car. Cheapest I can see it for is £120. Was hoping could get a cheaper used one.

Why would the NS be any different from the OS?

Alternatively,
Why would the 5 door be any different from the 3 door?

If it really must be a driver's side:

Different sized 5dr and 3dr (already spoke to and retracted a purchase on eBay due to this) and the motor is faced different ways depending on door side.
Thanks for looking mate, all seems to be 5dr versions only. Weird.

**** Ford! Why the hell would they use different motors 5dr and 3dr? I needed a new rear wiper motor for an Audi a while back, I could pick one from about 60 models of Audi, VW, Skoda, Lamborghini or independent ones straight from Bosch. How different can one motor really be from another? I did see they all came from the passenger side and 5dr versions, seems odd that this is the case.
One final option, I guess, have you asked Bosch direct to see if they will give you one without the usual 19,000,000,000,000% dealer markup?
Matt.

That sucks, Louis, far too much money for something less complicated and costly to produce than the Moulinex Magimix I picked up last week for a fiver.

Matt, do you drive an Audi?
I've always found Audi drivers to be a few letters away from 'ducks'. Would love to know if you can confirm or disprove this theory
