Huge game this one in front of hopefully a bumper crowd.

We'll take the lead and go in 1 up at half time against the run of play then fall apart embarrassingly in the second. 3-1 Pompey. :'( :'(

Interested to see what player juggling Knill will attempt this week.

Dave, I know Ben and although we don't have too much in common we have a laugh and can get on really well. I can take anyone taking the piss out of me so long as it is good natured and this is one such example. (Reply from Ben in a few minutes - "that's what YOU think mate! " )

Not a cat in hell's chance. The impending disaster scenario (trailed against York City [0-3]) will be come to fruition in its full horror on Saturday.
Torquay United (0) 0
Portsmouth (4) 6

The crowd, quite large (at the beginning) by today's Plainmoor standards (4,098), fell away to just over 2000 when Pompey's fifth goal was scored after 51 minutes.

Billy Bodin is out for 6-8 weeks as well, although I know Andy will think this is a bonus lol

Yes I can't lie and I am very pleased he won't be in the starting 11. I feel sorry for the lad though for his injury as I wouldn't wish for his absence to be enforced in this way. I wish him a speedy recovery and hope no lasting damage has been done although I definatley can say I don't want him back in the 11.

Cant see us getting anything out of this. Comfortable away win. But I'm sure if we keep it to less than five it will feel like a win.

I don't know about keeping it down to 5. If we get a throw in it will feel like a win. we will be lucky to get nil. (Oh I forgot we have got Knill.)

Wouldn't matter if it did. I bet they would still water the pitch.

Got a feeling we might just win this, but it will be high scoring-4-3.

From Bodin's twitter machine today: "Good news on the scan hopefully back sooner than I thought"
