Hi Guys,

I know it's a long shot, but I was wondering if any of you are / know any practising psychologists?

I'm in my Third and final year at Plymouth University studying Psychology, Criminology, and Criminal Justice studies, and desperately trying to seek out some work experience before I go out into the big bad world with my little piece of paper telling people I'm "clever".

All jokes aside though, any help would be great. I'm interested in specialising in Forensic Psychology, and would relish the chance to work with offenders, whilst not averse to clinical psychology, so I've contacted the prisons the NHS and the likes, but I'm more than happy to take any experience in counselling that I can find - it's all transferable skills. I'm pretty clued up on CBT and other approaches.

Matt would be your best bet, he will have had lots of treatment from psychologists over the years

Hahaha, I've already asked him, he's had that many he can't remember who best to recommend
