Excellent news. Already we're beginning to get the squad together as it should be, hopefully with a new positive spirit for the rest of the campaign..

Should never been allowed to leave IMO. He's not the best we've ever seen obviously but can certainly do a job for us. Pleased with this.
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

Have to say Lathorpe playing in front of the back 4 would make a massive difference to our totally inept midfield an take the pressure off the central defenders

He's not ours to release is he? He'll just sign somewhere else.

How do you know this?

I hope you are right but he was on a week to week contract and very much a Knill signing.

Exactly. I bet all the teams are aware of his situation and is a very good player at this level. We get him fit - fail to to get him under a contract and someone else profits.

Didn't know he was on a week to week contract. If that's the case he'll go if he wants to, or he might be asked to stay if it's felt he'll be needed. He's a Knill signing is immaterial, if he's good enough. No other club was interested when he was injured, and he was very appreciative of Damien Davey's work here, so he might yet stay..

He's ours to release just the same as anyone else on contract, it's just the length of time on the contract that makes it appear any different.

So we can release him, just as long as we do it within the next 7 days? Or he just won't accept our next weekly contract offer?
