Nice one Roar, I've been training for a couple of months - always been a big boy but looking to cut it right down and muscle up. Never really looked at what I'm eating, just less of it and keeping off the sugary/calorie laden products. What's your experience of protein shakes and the like? I'm just not sure they're for me, it seems so unnatural..

I like the Diet whey ones as it contains things like CLA and green tea extract which help to burn fat as well as providing a good level of protein for general strength

i've currently got Banana Smooth, its so nice to drink with milk!

Noticeable loss? I swim 4/5 mornings a week, and gym about 4 times a week too.

Banana Smooth would be my choice, might be worth a go

yes definitely!

also swimming :) good sport, great for all round fitness

the best thing about the code above^ is that you get a free standard whey protein bag

Best thing i find is to use the diet whey when you feel peckish, will fill you up and stop snacking
then use the standard protein as an after work out drink to help your body recover etc

:)
