Another job for "managerial genius" Alan Knill to apply for perhaps?

That's us definitely gone then. The only team who doesn't get the new manager bounce effect seems to be us. Pompey were the team most likely to drop other than ourselves I reckoned but I'm not so sure now. Maybe if Alan Knill were to be appointed Pompey may still go down.

Managers get the blame for not working miracles in near impossible situations such as these, but it's those who appoint managers and who control the finances and organisation of clubs who must take ultimate responsibility. Do these people ever look in the mirror? How much do they know about football? Or financial planning? Or organising a business? Most of them couldn't organise a booze-up in a pub..
