Just Listening to Worcester City v Scunthorpe United. There are two ex Gulls playing in this match. Our former little powerhouse Billy Key is playing for Scuthorpe. and Wayne Thomas.(remember him.) an intelligent cultured defender is playing for Worcester.
as I say that Worcester have just equalized against Scunthorpe. will Wayne be a happy man tonight.
Worcester are playing at Aggbourgh as they stupidly negotiated a sale of their ground for housing and had to leave without sorting out a new home first. Why anyone would give away their home without inserting a clause in the contract that they have to be sorted in a new home first is beyond me. but stranger things have happened. Aggbourgh is chock full for this one something like 6400 fans.
And someone may be playing with the web site. I have put capitol letters for the start of Scunthorpe. twice I have checked the spelling but each time i have checked the version that appears shows Scunthorpe with a small s. Nothing to do with me so Ner
