...what a rip off tonights programme was. 3 or 4 pages updated from the December issue. As a bare minimum they should have just added a supplement.
OK, I know they were probably aready printed but we could of at least had an up to date table and fixture list.
For the money saved the club have scored a big own goal, I certainly will not be buying one again for a rearranged match. The club have to take a more proffessional approach to such things .

That's terrible, I'd ask for my money back! I do remember them supplying the same old ones but to update it and still miss crucial parts just seems stupid.
Luke.

I am not the sort of person who will come on a forum and moan, and then do nothing else, so I emailed the club last week expressing, constructively, my views.
It was nice to receive a friendly, constructive and honest email back from Tim Herbert, who not only took the time to explain the reasons for the decision (which I am sure we all understand) but also explain that they will make a better job of the re-prints for future rearranged games, updating the most important parts of the programme, such as fixtures.
It was also interesting to see from the chairmans comments in yesterday's issue that I was not alone.
Over the last number of years, I rarely contact the club, like most I just turn up each week, but have to say the genuine way in which they have dealt with any issues I have had to bring up, since the curent board took over well surpasses that of previous boards.
I have purchased the club programme for many a season now and have offered to provide constructive feedback for next season's should it be required. If I am given the opportunity, I will canvass the opinions of those on this forum.

Well done MD! Pleased that you have had a positive response. I too understand the reason and am pleased that the Club has been good enough to accept the criticism and try to prevent it happening in quite such the same way again.
Phil
