Home gates

Post by MidDevon »

A lot has been written on home attendances this season, so I was interested to read that Salisbury v Truro City attracted a gate of 1682 last night. That figures beats our previous 2 home midweek gates.

I suppose it goes to show that people will always pay to watch two winning teams, even at a level 3 divisions below Torquay.

For the record Truro won 6.0!

Just wonder if we could be playing them in the league within the decade?

I hope it's because Salisbury/Truro have attained our level and that we haven't fallen to Zamaretto Premier. ;-)
