I have been given a task to write a report about The Gulls. So far I have done well but I am missing one paragraph.
So I decided that I would go in to more detail about the other stuff that i have done, whilst if i put a Poll and people can tell me what to put as a subtittle with information!
In the main time that i have been gievn this has to be in as of Thursday.

Subjects already gone over:
Club History
Managers, Past To Present
Other Staff
Our Kit
The fans/forum

I'm going with: The importance of proof reading posts on DotNet before hitting submit.

On a more serious note, surely the ground and the Conference years were covered in history, and recent signings covered in this season? This leaves the club shop (really?)
I'd go for the obvious choice and write about our ambitions for the future. Reference the board (also mentioned in the history section) and the manager, as well as the current crop of exciting prospects in the youth ranks, relative financial security in a world gone mad, the challenges of facing teams next year such as Plymouth and those FA Cup **** who will have more money than they know what to do with in this division.

Simple monkey, I'll look out for my fee in the post. If you need it proof read (gen) then PM it to me.

Matt.

I still call it Rhodesia. This forum was, is and always will be DotNet, regardless of the URL.

Not since Mervo spat his dummy out and took the domain back. This site is now TorquayFans.com and always will be :scarf: :scarf:

Matt your a duchene :)
With the history, was basic information about how the Gulls formed and there first match was on farm land.
and being as the years we were in the confrence my life was upside down and hardly know much about it, so i thought something that i could learn as much tell people about.
and as for "This season" is what the fans want and where we stand...

Brilliant, that's just **** ing brilliant. I spend four grand on a complete set of leather bound Oxford English Dictionary and now I have to send them back as faulty because they have a word missing. Thanks very much Scotty, that's going to cost me yet more money!

What in the name of Mother Theresa's left ventricle is a duchene?

In that case, do the Conference thing and my thing together, unless there is a word limit, in which case, do my thing, because it'll be better quality and depth for the same number of words.
My pukka gen no duff proof reading offer still stands though, whatever you choose.

Matt.

Should have spent the extra four grand on a paintjob for your hairdressers car and used the internet to check your spelling :na:

What, like I used to BBC site to check the correct spelling of Thom[p]son?

I don't have a hairdressers car, I have a fire breathing, overtaking MACHINE!

You have an orange bubble car that no self-respecting man would be seen driving :na:

Garbage. The Stig drove one, and it was orange. Plus, I drive one and I'm all man (again, the 'ask your mum' joke is rearing it's ugly head).
