It's a closely guarded secret about the finances.

But having said that we aren't in a stable position otherwise we wouldn't be in this mess.
do you read your posts before you click submit?

Yeah, so closely guarded that it's available to anyone with broadband and a credit card.

The whole 'no one will tell you otherwise' thing is up there with the religious loonies. "Of course God lets kiddies die in agony. If he didn't, people wouldn't have to prove their faith in him".
The reason no one will tell you otherwise I'd because to say otherwise wouldn't be true.
If we aren't paying our bills, where are the CCJs? Where is the winding up order from HMRC in respect of our outstanding income tax and NI? Where is the HE article?
Thea is invested to the tune of God knows what. If she doesn't pay the electricity bill and we go under, she saves £500, but loses somewhere north of a million pounds.

You've been told by a man who definitely knows that we aren't failing to pay the stewards. If you refuse to take him at his word because, to you, he's just a username on a forum, then that's probably not the dumbest thing ever. If you refuse to believe him because you prefer the word of a one-post-wonder over someone you know to be intimately connected to the club, then you're definitely a candidate for voluntary sterilisation for the good of the human race.

What? Let's bring this back to reality please. We are in the mess we are in because of crap management and poor decisions. These mad conspiracy theories should be taken out into the Bay and drowned. There is no conspiracy, just crap decisions.

Some random pisstaker comes on here and make an outrageous, unsubstantiated claim. A man who has forgotten more about the club in the last 5 minutes than most of us will ever know has arrived to give a well reason reply... And some of you prefer the story of the nutter?

Baffling.

One look at the league suggests that Exeter are NOT safe from relegation, by no means.

Sorry bay but you have andy candys answer and I think that should be enough on the subject, the last thing we need now is arguments about the finances, my wife has dealings with the club and they pay there bills on the dot each month and we arent talking loose change here. So please lets get on with the football and stop stirring the shit.

No offence meant .. it's just that you are on the 'official' website under the Directors section > http://www.torquayunited.com/club/directors.aspx

If you were a director .. you would certainly NOT be sane!

Lads, lets not turn this into an argument and end up with the thread locked, admin in my view were right to leave this thread up and open. The fact I managed to speak to Andy Candy about steward numbers proves they were right to leave it open.

As for the financial state of the club is neither here nor there, if the club is in a healthy financial state 5 years from now, it will still be running, if it's not, it won't be, simples.
