I'm still trying to fathom out why she multiplied the £20/week by 48 weeks and the £25/week by 50 weeks.

Doesn't she know there's 52 weeks in a year?

I would like to point out that that was £250 increase... to a £100,000 salary.

Matt.

Christine, how very dare you argue with me, you know I'm always right, even when I'm wrong

He came to my work as i sorted his car out for him and we always have a good old natter...hes on his way up to Bristol house hunting this afternoon....then from just over a week will be permanently up there .... did tell me he was gutted TUFC could not offer a similar deal as he felt at home at TUFC....... he is engaged to a lovely woman and will make it permanent in 2 years....

Shook his hand and wished him all the very best.... Bristol Rovers are getting a real gent and damn good goalie....

Did ask a favour and say can he let in 12 goals at plainmoor for me and he laughed =D

Some interesting points:

1. Torquay DID offer Bevan something.
2. Lost count how many times he used the word 'ambition'.
3. "Torquay is a very good family-based club...but the expectation [at Bristol Rovers] is bigger. Good to be playing infront of 5-6000".
4. Didn't rule out more Torquay boys going to Bristol...highlighted the fact we have a few out-of-contract.
5. Will be disappointed if they don't get promoted.

Fair do's to him. Wish him the best of luck...
Dear god it's like some kind of sect. A Bucult if you will!

Edit: My comedy genius is wasted on you people :whip:

He's mentioned it once or twice, it's usually followed by a complete and utter lie!

I like his wording, an extra £20 a week is I guess "slightly improved".

Pretty sure there's going to be quite a few things next season that he should be handling better!

Let's tell our boys to really load some crosses on top of him.

Note that story hasn't changed.

So despite him signing for Rovers

having his picture taken with their scarf

doing an interview for the BBC at their ground.

DO Torquay need more confirmation before releasing any thing via the 'proper channels to it's supporters'?
