PSF thread: Torquay v Yeovil (16/7/13)

Post by goodluckgull »

The players were training so hard today. Knilly doesn't allow anyone to rest, constantly demanding "movement". There were no new faces. Looking at our team we are going to be a fast and exciting passing team. Chappell is known as "Chaps" or "Chappy" and Courtney is known as "Courts". Tomorrow will be a good test for our players.

Little harsh brucie!

If goodluckgull has been at training I am very interested in what was observed. Might be under the wrong thread title but very little wrong with what has been said.

I like the fact Juan is working them hard - we had a habit of fading in the last ten minutes of games last year.

Unbelievable
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

This is a thread now in place for tomorrow's game, nothing wrong in that.

Are we free to rock up and watch training sessions? I'd be interested to have a look?

I was always told that fishing was better in the sunshine. It seems Brucie and Troj are similarly minded.

Just to let you know "ohJimmyJimmy" that I have been occasionally watching the training sessions for quite a few years now. I have always asked the Manager first if it's ok first and they have always said "yes" (as long as you don't get in the way) I also try to help by collecting a few wayward balls. Watching the training sessions always provides some interesting viewing in my opinion.

One of the Herald Express sport guys has just tweeted this:

"New striker is expected to play against Yeovil Town tomorrow night at Plainmoor - I understand two names are in the frame", and that "the names are target men", of which one is a "young, great prospect with loads of potential".

Certainly sounds interesting, and Jayden Stockley would definitely fit the bill on one of those names.
