Until we've seen the quality of some of the others brought in, it's perhaps exaggerated to suggest Benners is the best signing of the summer. But I agree broadly with Brucie's point. Benners has done it for us before. He doesn't really have anything to prove. He's had a full pre-season this year - get him a partner, provide some decent service, and he'll score the goals.
