Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

You all know my thoughts on it but I do feel the club should look at this for next season as a matter of priority (assuming we stay in the division that is otherwise nobody will be turning up anyway :-/ ).

I'm perfectly happy with how things are and I have little sympathy with those leaving it to the last minute then wanting a ticket but it is clear that the club ARE losing income by being so rigid in their ticketing policy for games such as the one today and a review of things can only be beneficial financially for the club.

That said, I do hope all that would like a ticket for today can somehow get hold of one, I'm not THAT hard on folk! ;-)

In fact I always give my tickets away free of charge on here and even post them out if I can't get to a game when I've seen one today for £20 on sale. Bah humbug, well, I guess I'm just such a generous easy going chap although poor. The money doesn't matter to me though so long as I can give another of us ( barring the odd few misers who don't deserve it) a helping hand. :~D

It's the time for giving ! Give your ticket away !!
