The striker who scored most of our goals has left, and we had a makeshift midfield, we looked scarily one-dimensional. Also worth mentioning that KSL has a criminal record for an 'incident' in a nightclub - probably not the bloke to be winding up!

After my previous comment. I am indeed sad that he has shown type to form. Reminds me too much of Zebroski. David Pipe. and a few others. Plus the ones who just shafted the clubs who found them by leaving when they demanded more money.WombleCharlie wrote:The striker who scored most of our goals has left, and we had a makeshift midfield, we looked scarily one-dimensional. I don't know, he's massively grateful to Neal for giving him a chance (Neal coached him in the Cardiff youth system). We've had plenty of mercenaries, Kevin doesn't give that impression - but you never know I suppose.
He looked like a decent prospect to me, that Sainte Luce. He did indeed con the ref into booking Nico, mind you, providing us all with some pantomime villain entertainment on a good day out.

Shock horror the fans from one side see it different to the other!
Fair play for writing it up as you saw it. I can think of many occasions on this very forum when Torquay lost and our fans thought we deserved a point or more. That's the beauty of football. We got the win today and IMHO deserved it. Hopefully we will cross swords again next season in the football league.
